RED VELVET CUP-CAKES (EGGLESS)

Ingredients:

-1cup Maida (All purpose white flour)

-2 tsp cocoa powder (leveled)

-Pinch of salt

-Buttermilk (4tsp curd +4tbsp milk)

-2 tsp Raspberry (red color)

-1 tsp Vanilla Essence 

-1/2 tsp Baking Soda

-120 gms Castor Sugar

-1/3 cup Cooking Oil 

-2 tbsp Milk
(1/2 tsp+ 1/2 tsp vinegar)

Method:


-Sieve Maida, Cocoa Powder, Salt and Baking Soda 2-3 time.

-Beat Sugar and Oil followed by adding essence. 

-Make buttermilk in separate glass, adding the raspberry red color in it.

-Now mix the maida mixture + buttermilk in sugar mixture.

-Beat it for 1-2 minutes.

-In a separate bowl mix soda and vinegar, immediately mix it in batter with the help of spatula.

-Pour the batter in lined muffin-moulds and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 180*C
 

Note: If making cake use butter paper in bake mould for baking. Time for baking cake will be 30-35 minutes @ 180*C.
